Eastwood Development is a fully staffed, design-build general contractor and developer.
Over the last 17 years, Eastwood Development has built over $300 million in residential and commercial real estate projects across Oregon and California.
We were established from the ground up, specializing in residential and commercial construction. Lucas Eastwood, an enrolled CTUIR tribal member and the principal of Eastwood Development, grew up on the reservation.
Eastwood Development has offices in Portland and San Francisco with an extensive network of subcontractors and design professionals. Our portfolio, boasting over 100 completed projects, demonstrates our level of expertise in construction and land development.

Lucas is the Principal of Eastwood Development.
A decorated combat veteran, Lucas’ civilian career has been as a builder and developer since 2007. He has completed over 300 projects since founding his firm. He is an enrolled member of the CTUIR. His goal is to support ethical business and real estate development for Tribes and create opportunities within the Tribal community.

Gabriel is CFO of Eastwood Development.
After earning a degree Cum Laude from Yale University, he spent over 20 years as a hedge fund analyst and portfolio manager. He now invests in real estate and development projects full time.

DEVELOPMENT
Collin Price is the owner of Revel49, LLC, and a real estate developer who contributes his unique background and lived experiences to each development project. As a proud Tribal member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, he is committed to elevating Indigenous communities and economies by way of housing initiatives and development.
